Summer Camp Leader

I spent nine summers taking part in or leading RSY summer camps. In my final two years, I was co-director of one of the camps. This role involved orchestrating the logistics and planning of the activities, allocating leaders to jobs each day and ensuring the camp was a cohesive and welcoming environment for all leaders and children.
