I researched, selected, and integrated the platform, ensuring it met the unique needs of our organization and facilitated meaningful virtual interactions.

 

I coordinated comprehensive staff training sessions across 33 departments, involving over 350 personnel, and provided ongoing support to maximise the platform's effectiveness.

 

This initiative not only improved community connectivity but also earned recognition for excellence in education.
